Returns Eligibility
- To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
- Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original packaging may not be eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@waldic.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your order number and reason for return in your communication. Once you receive your RMA number, please follow the instructions provided for returning the item(s).
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days
Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item, please contact us to initiate the exchange process. We will work with you to process the exchange promptly.
Shipping Costs
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
